Club Survey

The St. Margaret's Bay Skating Club is interested in hearing from you and would like your feedback regarding our Club.

After completing the survey please deposit it in the club mail drop located in the foyer of the Smith ice surface outside the Club Office (old entrance to the arena).

Planned Program Form

When you are completing the Planned Program Form for submission there are standard abbreviations for the various elements.

Please use the standard abbreviations in this link when completing your form.

Photo Release Form

The photo albums have been a favourite part of the Club Webpage. In order to protect the privacy of our skaters we have requested that the parent-skater complete the Photo Release Form and return it to the club.

Only those skaters that have returned the completed forms will have there pictures included in the online albums.
